Volunteer For Accommodation (unpaid)

We are continually looking for outgoing guys & girls to join our volunteer for accommodation team!

We are a medium sized eco hostel (65 beds) based on the edge of the Grampians National Park in Halls Gap, western Victoria, proudly a part of the YHA network. We are easily accessible by public transport from Melbourne (if you don't have a car!).
The National Park is right in our backyard and is ready to be explored.

Duties may include but not limited to:

- General duties (housekeeping predominantly)
- Cleaning of communal areas
- General grounds cleaning & gardening from time to time.

We might even get you to help us with Michelle, Justine, Simone, Emma, Maria, Samantha and Evoletah, our hostel chickens!

Applicants must be able to volunteer up to two hours per day (but flexibility is the key) in exchange for free dorm room accommodation. As per YHA policy (and with YHA being a network of travellers' hostels) we cannot accommodate you for more than two months - but ask questions, we're willing to talk!

The beauty of volunteering with us is that, if you're looking for work, there are jobs by the truckload in the Halls Gap township! Volunteer with us in the morning, check out the park by day, and work up some cash by night! Perfect!
