Sydney - Exterior House Cleaning & Maintenance Position

North Star House Washing is a professional exterior house maintenance business that is situated in Sydney's Northern Beaches.
We provide quality exterior house washing, roof gutter cleaning and window cleaning for our customers.

Sydney based - Northern Beaches, North Shore, Mosman 
are areas we work mostly
ABN or Casual / Full time - Experience preferred
 but training can be provided if not.
Long Term work possibility for right candidate.

Position: Exterior House Washing/Pressure Washing, Roof Gutter Cleaning & Window Cleaning

Responsibilities:

Perform professional exterior house washing using pressure washing and soft washing techniques.
Clean windows, both interior and exterior, to a streak-free shine.
Safely operate and maintain all cleaning equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
Work effectively independently.
Work safely at heights from roof tops and on ladders.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Drive company vehicles responsibly.

Qualifications:

Must be comfortable with working on ladders and being at heights.
Reliable and punctual.
Must have reasonable to good English.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and climbing ladders.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid International or Australian driver's license.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently

After trial period Package will include:
* Vehicle
* Fuel
* Tolls
* Tools
So no outgoing expenses
Work vehicle can be used for personal use if staying in local area (not for other work)

Work hours are Monday - Friday (start 7:30am - finish time varies depending on jobs) 

(sometimes optional Saturdays if wanted but we only book in if you want them)
