We are in search of self-motivated individuals who excel both as team players and independent workers. If you are available to assist with various tasks at Gladstone Backpackers, including:
Setting up breakfast for guests
Enjoying a coffee and engaging in friendly conversations with guests
Assisting with any guest inquiries
Checking out departing guests
Maintaining the tidiness of common areas
Attending to rooms
Assisting with laundry
Cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen
Sweeping and mopping floors
Watering lawns and plants
Performing other general cleaning duties
In return for your help in keeping Gladstone Backpackers looking pristine, ensuring our guests feel at home, and tending to their culinary needs, we offer:

We request a minimum commitment of two weeks to work with us, and we prefer someone who can start as soon as possible. While the work you perform will not count towards a visa, Gladstone has a valid postcode (4680) for the regional work required to extend your Working Holiday Maker (WHM) visa (subclass 417 or subclass 462), and we can assist you in connecting with suitable venues.
