Production Operator

We are currently looking for 4 individuals who are fit and able to pass a medical examination on 1 November/8 November in Nhill.

Rate: $32.11 Per Hour, 35 - 38 Hours A Week

Synergy Workforce, a leading labor contractor, is recruiting Production Operators to join our team at Luv-a-Duck's Primary Plant operation in Nhill, Victoria.

Responsibilities:

As a Production Operator, your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for:

- Operating production lines efficiently and effectively
- Accurately packing and labeling products
- Conducting pick and pack duties
- Performing quality assurance checks on food products
- Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Food Hygiene standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the production areas

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

- Ability to work with raw products and in cold environments
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical screening (to be held on October the 4th in Nhill)
- Reliable transportation is essential
- Accommodation is provided at $80 per week
- Own transport is required
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment will be advantageous. However, training will be provided for candidates without direct experience.
