Casual Field Technicians - Soil - Regional Vic

Precision Agriculture is Australia's leading soil sampling business.
The Field Technician role is critical to our business.
The role requires you to be based in Regional Australia and you may visit several farms each day taking soil samples
We use automated samplers mounted on a 4WD quad bike - Polaris Rangers or Toyota Hilux Utility Vehicle.
These bikes come equipped with safety equipment and GPS screens.
We supply a 4wd vehicle and the soil sampling ATV/unit and you will at times be required to stay overnight at accommodation provided by the Company. All meals and accommodation are paid by the Company when on company business with limits as per our policies.
Our base salary rate is $30 per hour plus superannuation. Typically, staff will work around 50-60 hours per week.
It is a great opportunity to see rural Australia.
The role suits people who are well organised, self-starting, have a good driving record and may come from a farming background.
We have had many female staff that have been successful in these roles previously.
We provide training for the successful candidates. Ideally staff will work in the role for a minimum of 8-12 weeks between December - April.
