We have a Full-time position available for career changers and recent graduates looking to kickstart their careers in the Retail and Marketing industry.
We offer a competitive salary with additional bonuses incentives and OTE and learn.
You will be based full-time in our Sydney office. This role is not hybrid.
Salary: AUD $55,000 - AUD $70,000 per annum
Customer Support Assistant Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer support services
Addressing customer’s inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Provide product information and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process transactions
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Meet and exceed sales targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
Customer Support Assistant Requirements:
Candidates must be over 18 years old and available to work at least 5 days.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not essential.
