We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our client’s team and contribute to their mission of providing high-quality healthcare services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver high-quality and person-centered care to the elderly residents
• Assess each resident’s specific care needs, create care plans, implement care procedures, and regularly evaluate and adjust the plans as required
• Engage in consultations with the residents and their families, offering education and guidance
• Administer medication to residents in accordance with relevant legislation and safety guidelines
• Timely and accurate record-keeping to maintain proper patient histories and adhere to regulatory standards
• Supervise and address clinical matters within the aged care facility, ensuring patient safety and well-being

Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
• Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• A commitment to the philosophy of a person-centred approach to providing care and services
• Thorough knowledge of Accreditation Standards, Aged Care funding, and Aged Care Legislation
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
