Ideally this position is for someone that wants to stay in Australia long term.

Rawnsley Park Station's Woolshed Restaurant is looking for a great Sous Chef to join our existing team.

This full time position offers the opportunity to live and work in a wonderful part of the Flinders Ranges, South Australia.

We are looking for a motivated, qualified chef who can work independently and has several years of experience.

Must have great fundamentals of cooking and kitchen operation and experience in producing high quality dishes.

The Woolshed Restaurant is well known in the Flinders Ranges and services guests both staying in our accommodation and surrounding areas.

Open predominantly for evening dining but breakfast and lunch for pre-booked groups, the Woolshed offers a wonderful al la carte menu focusing on local product with a country feel and features our own farmed Rawnsley Lamb as a main draw card.

Our ideal person would be happiest as part of a great team, open and looking to use their innovative skills, helping produce a high class dining experience.

Must have strong skills in A La Carte dining and knowledge of Australasian cuisine. Must have the ability and experience to operate the kitchen in sole charge and the desire to help create new menu items alongside the restaurant team.

This is a long term position with the possibility to grow to higher levels in the future.
