If you are a chef / cook and have previous pub/restaurant experience, we would like to invite you to join our team.
The Desert Inn Hotel is located 900km northeast of Perth in the Goldfields. We are a country hotel with a bar, beer garden, takeaway fast-food shop and restaurant that is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
You will be running your own kitchen so you must be keen to put in the hours. You will be sole cook for lunch and have assistance from kitchenhand / wait staff for dinner.
Simple cooking everyday type dinner / pub grub
Duties include prepping food, weekly food ordering and the upkeep of the kitchen hygiene standards.
You must be able to cook to a timely manner and maintain our reputation of high standard of meals served. Average 30 - 50 meals per night.
Clean, friendly, enthusiastic and enjoys working in a fun yet professional environment.
