Barista/all Rounder

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and teas, with precision and consistency.

- Take customer orders and ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar, including equipment, utensils, and work area.

- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold quality standards.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve your coffee-making skills.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role, with a deep understanding of coffee preparation techniques and a passion for excellence in customer service.

- Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle pressure efficiently.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Barista certification or relevant training is a plus.
