We are currently recruiting two team members to join us immediate start available through until the end of January /early February .

This opportunity is perfect for a couple or two friends travelling together, with two complementary roles available. However, we are equally happy to receive applications from individuals looking to fill either position.

Shared onsite accommodation is available for successful applicants.

🌿 Position 1 – Grounds, Park Maintenance & Labourer

Love working outdoors and being active? Join our maintenance team and help keep two of Lake Eildon's premier tourism destinations looking their absolute best.

Duties include:
Grounds and garden maintenance
Lawn mowing, whipper snipping and edging
Marina and waterfront maintenance
Landscaping and general property maintenance
Cleaning and presentation of park facilities
General repairs and maintenance
Rubbish collection and site upkeep
We're looking for someone who has:

✔ Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Good physical fitness and enjoys outdoor work
✔ Ability to work independently and use initiative
✔ Machinery and equipment experience highly regarded, including ride-on mowers, tractors, skid steers, excavators, chainsaws and brush cutters
✔ Mechanical aptitude is an advantage

👨‍🍳 Position 2 – Cook / Kitchen with Front of House Support

This position is predominantly kitchen based (approximately 70%) and is suited to an experienced cook who enjoys working in a busy country pub and café environment.

A minimum of two years' commercial kitchen experience is essential.

Applicants must be confident working:

🔥 Grill
🍟 Fryers
🍳 Pans
Preparing and cooking a basic pub-style menu
Working efficiently during busy service periods

There will also be occasional Front of House and housekeeping duties to support our hospitality team.

We're looking for someone with:

✔ Minimum 2 years' commercial kitchen experience
✔ Experience cooking on grills, fryers and pans
✔ Current Victorian RSA (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Food Safety Certificate (preferred)
✔ Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
✔ Reliable, hardworking team player
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Reliable transport (essential)
