Bar/restaurant Supervisor - Sponsorship Opportunity -

The Kalgoorlie Overland & Miners Rest Motel is seeking an experienced bar and restaurant superstar to join our front-of-house team. We are a high-volume motel with dining and bar facilities in the heart of Kalgoorlie. Our venue caters to mining, business contractors and the local community.

A sponsorship opportunity is available for the right candidate.
Applicants must already be in Australia.
Please note this does not count to 88 day agriculture

The Offer

The Role
Assisting running day-to-day operations of the restaurant & bar (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).
Communicate with the Head Chef & Operations Manager.
Preparing and serving drinks, knowledge of cocktails and wine preferred
Handling EFTPOS, cash transactions and accounts
Cleaning and maintaining the bar and restaurant area to high standards
Chatting with guests and creating a great vibe

About You:
Must already be in Australia.
1 year experience desired
2 years hospitality supervisory experience for sponsorship required.
Receptionist experience a bonus.
Have a positive upbeat outlook on life.
Enjoys working in fast paced team.
Flexibility to work as required on a changing roster, most importantly weekends and public holidays as needed.
Buffet, a lar carte dining + bar experience preferred.
Strong English literacy skills.
