Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and guidelines
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Follow instructions from head chefs and supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience as a cook or kitchen hand
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work throughout the Christmas and New Year period

Rates:
Monday - Friday $30.10/hour
Saturdays $36.12/hour
Sundays $36.12/hour
Public Holidays $60.20/hour

Hours:
A selection of evenings and day shifts available. Approximately 30-40 hours per week. Immediate start available with employment up until end of February.
