Qualifications & experience:
Experienced Cocktail Bartender.
Have current RSA
Wine experience also preferred.
The Role:
Be able to work in a small and passionate team of young industry professionals.
Work closely with the venue and management.
Exceptional customer service.
Cocktail and wine service.
Section waiting.
Upkeep a positive culture amongst FOH and BOH.
Follow health and safety regulations.
To be successful in the position you will need:
Demonstrated experience within the hospitality industry
Ability to work a flexible roster including late evenings, early starts, weekends, and public holidays.
Hard-working attitude.
Work in a fast paced environment.
Wine & Cocktail experience.
Experience in working a busy FOH floor section
