We are not the usual massive Labour Hire Company that is owned by shareholders and that has to charge over the top rates so we can pay people to run a massive office, our main core of hardworking staff are actual the guys that own and run the business, and are also the same people that get out and talk face to face with the employee, the grower the managers and supervisor’s alike. We provide a hands on business approach so that Growers can put a face to whom they deal with. The only staff member you won’t see, is our payroll clerk. So rest assured, we will be there or thereabouts when needed.
