Eligible 88 Days Regional Postcodes Australia for a 2nd Year Visa

So you want to extend your stay in Australia. Here’s a quick run-down of where you need to be located to meet the criteria for your visa extension.

If you are on a Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417), you must first complete 88 days of “Specified Work” in a “Regional Area“.

If you are on a Work and Holiday visa (subclass 462), you must complete the same 88 days of work. However, you also have the opportunity to choose a tourism or hospitality job as long as it is located in “northern Australia“.
