Job Description
*ROADHOUSE COOK*
We are looking for a motived, clean & organised person to join our kitchen team as a short order cook for the season 2023!
Position to start ASAP
DUTIES INCLUDED –
– Short order cooking – breakfast/lunch & dinner menus
– Stocking fridges/freezers – replenish/tidy & write stock lists
– Keep food preparation areas clean & tidy and wash dishes
– Prep & prepare daily items for counter display i.e.- sandwiches, cakes, quiches, biscuits, rolls, wraps, fresh fruit etc.
– Serving dishes to customers
– Counter service –training provided – Rotating food, date labelling and complying with Health and Safety standards.
You need to be reliable, honest & able to work with a small team.
Customer friendly necessary.
Ability to work under pressure.
