ANY Restaurant & Bar, currently operating in the CBD is a refined casual venue serving simple yet complex seasonal & topical menus on the Chef's Counter and in the Dining Room, while our Lounge Bar dispenses exciting & innovative beverages.

Kitchen:

- Sous Chef
- CDP

Who are motivated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, while also comfortable working in a fully open galley kitchen and directly interacting with guests.

Dining Room:

- Waitpersons (FT / PT / Casual)

Attention to detail and attentive to guests. Professional yet relaxed while creating a seamless workflow.

Bar:

- Bar Supervisor
- Bartender: Head / Senior / Junior (FT / PT / Casual)

To elevate drinks and service quality overall. As well as to ensure smooth running of the beverage program with a strong focus on customer service.

Mas Wine Room, to open end of this year in Cottesloe is a modern yet cozy neighbourhood bar dining wine room.

Here, we are looking for new team members to rockstar the following roles:

Kitchen:

- Head Chef
- CDP
- KP

Who are motivated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, dishing out amazing small / large / share plates.

Floor:

- Floor Supervisor
- Waitpersons (FT / PT / Casual)

Attention to detail and attentive to guests. Wine & beverage knowledge highly favourable.

Bar:

- Bar Supervisor
- Bartender: Head / Senior / Junior (FT / PT / Casual)

To elevate drinks and service quality overall. As well as to ensure smooth running of the beverage program with a strong focus on customer service. Wine knowledge highly favourable.
