Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the wharf, providing outstanding customer service.
Assist guests with ticket purchases and reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions.
Provide information about our thrilling jet boat rides, including safety procedures, departure times, and pricing.
Promote additional services and packages to enhance guests' experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the wharf area, including ticketing booths and waiting areas.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth boarding procedures and departure schedules.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays.
Current First Aid/CPR certification is desirable but not essential.
