Foh Supervisor

The Sir George Hotel in Jugiong, NSW is looking for a FOH supervisor to join the team.
-Full time.

Responsibilities
-Oversee day-to-day FOH operations, including managing staff and maintaining a positive and energetic work environment.
-Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently upheld.
-Train and supervise FOH staff, providing guidance and support.
-Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
-Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
-Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the front of house area.
-Manage inventory and assist in placing orders for front of house supplies.
-Uphold and enforce health and safety standards to create a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements
-Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
-Knowledge of food, wine, coffee and a passion for the hospitality industry.
-Must have NSW RSA.
