About our opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Telecommunications Technician Supervisor to join our Sydney team!

The duties include, but are not limited to:
-Managing communication fit out works.
-Willingness to get on the tools as required.
-Ensure works are performed in accordance with approved plans/specifications.
-Comply with Relevant Australian Standards.
-Provide accurate and timely progress reports to management and clients.
-Train & develop junior staff.
-Act in accordance with our OH&S policies.
-Deliver projects on time and within budget.
-Actively contributing your technical experience within a team of professional, skilled, installation technicians

-Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead teams of technicians and apprentices to consistently deliver high quality projects and service works;
-Proven leadership experience and previous experience as a supervisor;
-Great customer service and exceptional attention to detail;
-A high level of computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel;
-Minimum 7 years of industry experience, in small to medium commercial/construction building works with any data centre project works an advantage. The successful applicant having an electrical back ground with -Fibre and Copper cabling experience;
-A current A Grade Electrical Licence; AND ACMA Licence with endorsements of Structured and Fibre Optics
-Highly organised and high attention to detail
