Construction Painting Fencing Maintenance

DETAILS
Contract work is currently available in all of our locations doing Painting, Maintenance, Fencing, Joinery and Carpentry.
There are 3 levels relevant to those qualified.
A : $38 hour Labourers
B : $44 hour Trades
C : $50 hour Supervisors
We also pay for workcover and payroll tax which is included in these rates.(ie the money you receive is less the super contribution)

HOURS
All our work is 38 Hours per week.
BALLARAT LOCATION : Building Construction work that is Mon to Thur, 7am to 5pm. 3 days / Fri, Sat, Sun off every week.
KANGAROO LAKE LOCATION : Building Construction work that is Mon to Thur, 7am to 5pm. 3 days / Fri, Sat, Sun off every week.
KANGAROO LAKE LOCATION : Mixed Hospitality, Maintenance, Painting, Fencing, light construction on a rolling roster that is always 38 hours per week, but different days each week, including weekend work. Each week there is typically 3 days off, some weeks 4 days off, some weeks 2 days off.
STAWELL PARK LOCATION : Mixed Hospitality, Maintenance, Painting, Fencing, light construction on a rolling roster that is always 38 hours per week, but different days each week, including weekend work. Each week there is typically 3 days off, some weeks 4 days off, some weeks 2 days off.

ACCOMODATION
We have optional accommodation available at our sites that you can rent from us from $98 per week single bunk bed, dorm style.
Pods have all been renovated in the last 6 months.
Beds, Pillows, Mattresses, Linen and Towels are all less than 6 months old, and best quality we could buy.
There are also Queen bed bunks, Queen bed private bedrooms or private cabins in some of our locations. These are at higher rates (typically $196 per week, for 2 people)

We are interviewing via Zoom
Also if you have a friend / spouse you are travelling with that you want us to consider hiring also please send that persons CV and include them in the Zoom interview.

MORE INFORMATION ON CONTRACTORS
A contractor gets paid the full amount with no tax deducted (but your super contribution is deducted) and it is up to you to pay your own tax’s to the Australian Govt. (Employees get paid after an amount for tax is remitted to the taxation dept).
You also have to register an A.B.N., and raise invoices.

We cannot and will not advise you on what work does or does not satisfy any visa requirements you may have.
Contractors doing their own research have advised us the contract work they are doing for us meet the conditions of the visa waivers, and previous people who have worked for us tell us they had their ABN contracts approved when they applied for their visa waiver.
