Fraser Dingo 4wd Adventure’s is a 4wd tagalong tour operator based in Hervey Bay (on the Fraser Coast) specialising in 4wd Adventures to K’gari Fraser Island. We’re all about Eco adventuring, professional customer service and love sharing our passion with our large variety of customers and our great team of employees. Live and work in the wonderful Hervey Bay, a great beach town with cafe’s, bars, and lots to do in the area.

Position: We are looking for a Tour Coordinator to help organise our Tagalong Tours (Includes but not limited to: food purchasing, equipment organising, overseeing volunteers based on K’gari Fraser Island, planning and preparing schedules, and liaising with the Tour Guides) The administrative assistant role is to support management with any additional administrative duties (includes but not limited to: updating product information, liaising with industry partners, helping with some social media, eg.creating reels, stories etc)

The successful applicant needs to be an all rounder!
- Good on computers but also practical and have the ability to clean and organise equipment, with an attention to detail.
- They need to be reliable (willing to stay in Hervey Bay for 5-6 months), able to work independently, but also work as a team.
- Able to think on their feet and make appropriate decisions.
- Drivers licence - (must be able to drive)
- Need to have food handling experience and be able to prepare salads for the tour.
- Have good cleaning skills and the ability to wash and organise returning tour equipment, including sheets from the accommodation etc.

Be prepared to work for a minimum of 6 months. With this position you get access to use a company vehicle (conditions apply). Also get to go on FREE tour/s to K’gari Fraser Island as part of the volunteer coordinator position

Hours: Approx 30 hours per week - award hourly rate Weekdays Monday to Friday 7/8am - 2pm and some Saturday mornings (hours are flexible and could lead to more hours).

Position commencing 25th March / 2nd April in Hervey Bay, please note this role does not count towards your 88 days. This job also does not provide accommodation, accommodation in Hervey Bay is the responsibility of the successful applicant.
