Rubyvale Hotel is a busy Tourist Hotel in Central Highlands Queensland. We are looking for experienced Chefs/ Cooks to join our team.
The Gemfields is where 70% of the Worlds Sapphires come from and is a very interesting place. We are also within driving distance to many other bucket list holiday destinations.
We have cheap accommodation including airconditioned Private Bedroom and shared amenities within easy walking distance of the Hotel.

We trade 7 Days a week offering
Bistro, Bar , Bottleshop, Gaming and accommodation. Our busiest time of year is in the cooler months but we also have a strong local clientele and plenty passing through at all times of year.
