About You:
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual? Join our exceptional sales team to raise funds for deserving charities by selling raffle tickets over the phone. We are looking for engaging communicators with a proven track record in sales or tele-sales.

Role Requirements:

  • Sales Experience Required, Warm & Cold call sales experience highly preferred!
  • KPI Driven
  • Minimum 24 hours rostered (3-4 shifts) per week.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English Speaker
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and enthusiasm
  • Competent typing & computer skills
  • Must reside in Sydney/Be able to travel to our Surry Hills office

Your Role:
You will receive comprehensive training and support for cold calling on behalf of respected charities. After your first week, you’ll undergo additional training for warm calling.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Fundraising by building rapport and customizing each pitch to suit the needs of supporters.
  • Make supporters feel special and empowered to make a difference by purchasing raffle tickets.
  • Build rapport and deliver sales pitches naturally
  • Achieve performance KPIs
  • Implement feedback coaching and sales development
  • Daily Team Briefings
  • Regular 1:1 catch-ups

Calling hours: Monday – Friday: 9:30 am to 6 pm
