Service And Sales (inbound Order Taking) Water Engineer Role

A specialist R & D, supply and distribution company to the water industry based in Sydney’s North West, is seeking an enthusiastic person to join their sales team.

With a strong history of employee development and internal promotion, they are focused on building long-term relationships with customers through exceptional customer service. Key to success in this role is the ability to engage with all stakeholders in a professional manner and contribute to a level of customer service consistent with company expectations.

The Role

Quality customer service is the lifeblood of the business, and working as a part of our small sales team, you will have responsibility for all inbound phone and email sales communications. Extensive product training will be provided to ensure that the successful candidate has the necessary tools to effectively undertake their role and ultimately progress within the company. While experience is not necessary, technical aptitude would be a definite advantage. If you have experience in water or chemical engineering (degree qualified) which could lead you to a sponsorship role this would be highly beneficial to the successful candidate.
