Renowned chef Matt Moran is bringing his award-winning style to Canberra for the first time, opening sister venues: Compa, an Italian steakhouse, and Sando, an Italian deli-style sandwich shop next door!
Compa is an Italian-style meat-focused restaurant that prioritises quality produce sourced from some of Australia's leading producers and local suppliers. With a commitment to paddock-to-table dining, Compa promises an authentic and unforgettable experience.
We're looking for experienced full-time Bartender.

Create a range of classic & inspired cocktails
Make a variety of espresso coffees – latte art a big plus
5 days a week
Annual salary at $65,000 plus super
Sign-on bonus available
ABOUT YOU
1 – 2 years experience in a busy high end restaurant / bar
1 + year barista experience is ideal
High level of cocktail making skill
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
A passion for the hospitality industry
Valid RSA (competency card)
Valid Australian Working Rights
