Hostel Receptionist

Job Description
The Mahony Group is looking for a casual receptionists at our hostels located in Brisbane.
Casual Base rate of $30.10 per hour + appropriate penalties on weekends and holidays.
Applicant must have the ability to multi task, work independently and work in fast pace environment.
Tasks include
The checking-in and out of guests
Customer service including responding to complaints
Modifying bookings and taking payments
Responding to emails
Directing and checking of the housekeeping jobs
General cleaning
Previous Hotel/Hostel experience is preferred.
