Arc Staff are searching for candidates with previous handyman and maintenance experience in a commercial environment, Strong safety knowledge and quality focus.
The role
We have an opportunity for a experienced handyman / Maintenance worker for a casual position commencing this week to complete jobs within a social housing contract within the areas of Queanbeyan & Beard.
You will responsible for:
Completing handyman & Maintenance duties within a social housing contract
Work within a team with others repair workers
Understand and provide exceptional customer service as you will be working within and around peoples homes, Empty housing complex's etc.
Use of power tools, Hand tools
Various jobs around properties
Carry out general repairs such as broken fixtures, damaged doors, basic painting, carpentry, tiling repairs and general building maintenance
