5 Females and 1 Male Backpacker needed for Grading Potatoes / Onions (hourly rate). You must be willing to undergo a Covid-19 test prior to checking into our hostel.
This job counts towards your 2nd and 3rd year 88 day visas.
These jobs are paid hourly at $24.36 Casual before tax or, $19.49 part-time hourly rate with holiday pay and Sick leave pay which equals $24.36 an hour.
PLEASE NOTE NSW AND ACT INTERSTATE TRAVELLERS ARE REQUIRED TO QUARANTINE WHEN ENTERING SA. VICTORIAN TRAVELLERS ARE CURRENTLY NOT ABLE TO ENTER THE STATE.
WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED FROM 3 PACKING SHEDS THEY WILL BE LOOKING FOR MORE WORKERS AGAIN IN 1-3 WEEKS TIME BOTH PART TIME AND CASUAL POSITIONS.
Hourly Paid jobs will be given on a first-come-first-served basis.
We are a working hostel Barossa Backpackers, our accommodation starts from $168 per week in our 10 person dorm rooms (subject to availability), sleeping in vans or cars is not permitted in our local council area.
We are located in the Barossa Region. 1.5 Hours North of Adelaide in South Australia.
Please note you may have early 4 am starts or late finish times.
You will be required to work 30+ hours a week.
Training will be provided before the work starts.
Due to a number of people interested we will work on a first come first served basis.
If you do not have your own car you can use one of our hostel vans for hire to work at $6 per person per day and add your own fuel.
