Welcome to the Civeo family.
We are an accommodation provider located in Central Queensland. Catering to some of the largest mine sites in Australia, we provide a home away from home for many fly-in-fly-out guests, who travel inland to work on rotation.
Our accommodation villages are located across the Bowen Basin, approximately 2 hours inland from Mackay, QLD.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and motivated people to join our team.
Position:
All-rounder, general assistant. The role would include working in multiple departments where needed, such as housekeeping, kitchen hand, bar work, and customer service in shop and reception.
Accommodation will be provided in a furnished self-contained room with TV, en-suited private bathroom facilities, mini-fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
The working conditions are great and you’ll join a team of friendly, like minded individuals. It is a remote location, and a good place to save as your accommodation and food are supplied for the duration of your shift.

• Candidates available to start asap
• English as first language or excellent/fluent English essential
• Have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or be willing to obtain
• Full-time and casual positions available with various shift times from 1am to 11pm
• Roster 14 days on – 7 off
Candidates must travel to the area every fortnight to commence the 14 day shift. Civeo do not cover the cost of this. Transport buses to and from the village from Mackay airport are supplied by Civeo, free of charge. Fly in fly out – FIFO is not provided.
