Entrepreneurial cooking idea for Asian women. Do you consider yourself a good cook? Are you passionate and creative in your cooking style? If you are from an Asian or Middle Eastern background, either Thai, Indian, Burmese, Cambodian, Vietnamese, Filipino, Singaporean, Indonesian, Malay, Chinese, Syrian, Iraqi, Palestinian, Afgani or any other Asian or Middle Eastern country or ethnicity with a unique cooking style we want to help you become a manufacturer aiming at selling your food eventually to a wider consumer group for example directly through supermarket chains, distributors,markets, or wholesellers. We have been there done that, so we can show you the easy steps at little or no cost to you. All these in less than a month!

Group A.
To be able to do so this is what we can help you with:
1. First - You tell us your favourite dishes that you can cook yourself (give us a list approx. 6-8 dishes)
i. your favourite soup(s) you can cook
ii. your favourite stew(s) you can cook
iii. your favourite bother mixed variety dishes
iv. your favourite snack(s) or desert(s) you can make
v. your favourite sauce/relish kind of food
Tell us in a list format. No more than two per category but later more will be better.

2. Tell us if you can get all the ingredients locally
3. Tell us if you prefer to cook in your own place or interested to hire a community kitchen for cooking (at later stage)
4. Tell us if you have or had previously a registered business

Group B.
What we can do for you - Steps to Make it a Reality for You
1. Create your own food/cooking Brand (cheap, low cost, simple and effective)
i. name of brand of your choice
ii. logo of your choice to suit your brand

2. We can help you Create/Design your own packaging suitable for your dishes(cheap very low cost to you).
i. we can help you choose your packaging type to suit your food type & style.
For example for your soups we can chose from 450ml-750ml stand-up pouches, for your sauces we can choose the 190ml jars with lids etc.
ii. we can help you make & print your own labels to suit your packaging
iii. we can help you with other various advertising/promo material such as market stall signs, van signs, table signs, supermarket signs (cheap, low cost, simple and effective), almost FREE.
iv. we can help showing you what you need for packing your cooked products with various simple equipment or techniques you need to seal/package your products.

Group C.
To go further and legal with your cooking manufacturing business we will:
1. Licensing stage.
i.If you want to cook at home or at a hire community approved kitchen facility, we can show you how to become a legal registered manufacturer of food products (at home or a hired kitchen place).
ii. Cover your business P/L - we can show you where and how to get cheap public liability insurance required by law

2. Govt. Approved Cooking facility
i. If you wish to manufacture/cook your products in a licensed & approved kitchen (approx. $80/day options available everywhere in Brisbane+ costs)then we can show you how to get a City Council approved license (you will need a QFMS - quality food management system plan - we can help you make one).
ii. if you wish to cook in your own place/home a license from your local council will be required (we can help show you and help with the application process).

Group D.
Marketing your brand/food product range

Here you need to work on it yourself. BUT we can show you/tell you the following:
i. share with you the addresses of marketing departments of food re-seller (Coles, Aldi Woolies, Dan Murphy, IGA, Officeworks) superchains or Independent grocery stores.
ii. share with you the addresses of market stalls around Brisbane
iii. we can share with you the certain addresses or names of distributors and wholesellers
iv. we can share with you the addresses of grocery stores in Australia for larger distribution (you will be required to either visit them yourself personally or send them a letter).

Group E.
We can help you with sample TEMPLATES for the following to get your business started:
1. Food (web) Blog TEMPLATE
2. Web Site TEMPLATE for your FOOD PREVIEW (only) no shopping cart or other sophisticated eCommerce solutions. for these you need to get more help later, we only help you with basics to get started.
3. Marketing Letter TEMPLATE - introduction of your cooked/manufactured food products/style to distributors/wholesellers/grocery stores etc.

Group F.
Franchise your business model (after one year of proven figures & success)
