Sales Lead Generation

We are looking to hire someone who can generate leads for our sales team.

The ideal candidate would like something like this;
Have broad life experience
Have sales experience
Have the ability to easily converse with small to medium business owners, understand their concerns and articulate our companies value proposition.
Book in appointments and time manage the sales staff that you are calling on behalf of.
Remuneration, initially, will be $25 per hour X 20 hours per week.
Ideally, moving forward. we would like our lead generator to become a partner in the business and share in the spoils of success.
We see this role as pivotal in setting up good quality, well-qualified leads that our sales team close.
We sell a simple but highly effective product with a 60 to 80% close rate.
