I work at an IT Recruitment company in SYDNEY CBD.
We urgently require some help with resourcing due to high work volume at the moment which may go on for a couple of months

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Prior experience in the Recruitment Industry would be great but otherwise, experience in a phone based role (sales or Customer Service) would be great
Must be able to multi-task and prioritise
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Competent with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Windows OS
Ability to work Autonomously
About the Job:
Copy writing advertisements
Calling candidates to assess suitability for roles
Some resume formatting
Relaying feedback to candidates
conducting reference checks
Basic CRM Maintenance
This role is casual at the moment and we cannot offer sponsorship. The candidate must have full working rights but we accept you on a 417 (working holiday)
