Carpenter

Local builder is seeking experienced carpenter or someone who has experience in general Carpentry duties, gyprocking or tiling

You will be part of a team that undertakes house renovations and restorations. Based in town and on rural properties around the Armidale area. You will be required to Perform tasks involving physical labour at construction sites and May operate hand and power tools of all types. The ability to work unsupervised is essential. This position could suit someone who is semi-retired. Age no barrier.



Requirements:
Experience working on construction sites

· Proven reliability
· Attention to detail
· Must have construction/building experience
Must have the ability to deal with numerous trades
Great communication skills
All round experience
A willingness to learn
Flexible hours
Hardworking self-starter
Trustworthy
Expecting high quality workmanship from yourself
Driver's license, is desirable
Able to work as part of a team, with direction and autonomously
Minimum 12 months onsite experience
Ability to travel out of town during the week
Must be able to follow instruction
Be able to work unsupervised when required.
Must have a can do attitude.
