This is a fun and flexible hobby job that will give you the opportunity to share your customer service experiences while you are shopping. As a mystery shopper your feedback assists our valued clients to measure their customer service performance and implement strategies to improve the customer experience.
As a Mystery Shopper you are their vital link in the chain! If you are reliable, self-motivated and want to make a difference to customer service then this is for you.
You will need to have an eye for detail, a good memory and excellent written communication skills. Good spelling and grammar are essential. You must have access to a computer and the internet and be willing to submit your online report within 3 days of your visit.
We currently have a job in Byron Bay that involves having a meal and drinks (to the value of $100). Plus you will be paid $30 for your report.
