The Role… 
¥ Assisting the Sommelier with managing, ordering and serving wine within fine dining restaurant environment
¥ Develop outstanding product knowledge and passionately guide guests through wine list and sake list
¥ Knowledge of sake beneficial
¥ An enthusiasm, efficiency and passion for first-rate customer service as you will be presenting, serving and maintaining wine service within a busy restaurant environment 
¥ Drive to implement and use upselling techniques aimed at generating greater beverage sales

What YOU need…
¥ A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate 
¥ Fluency in English 
¥ Immaculate grooming and personal presentation 
¥ 2 yr + working in a mid – high end restaurant environment 
¥ A passion for the hospitality industry
¥ WSET is advantageous, but not essential
