Duties and Responsibilities in the Role
Advanced airway management
Basic paediatric nursing care
Medication management
Seizure management
PEG management
Foster development of a teenager
maintain and improve quality of life for clients and families

Skills and Experience Required
Registered Nurse Division 1
Current AHPRA Registration
Post-graduate Critical care qualification
Minimum of 2 years clinical PICU/NICU/ICU nursing experience
Paediatric experience is desirable but not essential
Current ALS/ Paediatric ALS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility with shifts
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Motivated and able to prioritise
Confidence in working independently in an Intensive home care environment and improve the quality of life of our Client and their Family
Excellent social skills when dealing with our Clients and their Families in their own home
Positive outlook on life
Current police check
Current working with children check
Valid driver's license
Common sense, respect and dignity for the client and their family
