Customer And Sales Agent

We are currently seeking a confident, motivated and sales-driven individual to join the team on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. The position is part-time with a view to increase to full time hours as demand requires in the very near future.

Working as part of True Move Group's inbound sales team requires the employee to interact directly with potential customers, ask leading questions to qualify their needs and answer questions regarding our services.

Instilling an attitude of professionality within the team, ensuring the expectations of the General Manager are met and maintaining positive customer relationships over the phone at all times.

Previous telesales experience is preferred but all suitable candidates will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Day to day, proactive management of inbound/outgoing calls.
- Promote the best possible customer/employee relations by communicating and following up on enquiries as they arise.
- Communicate regularly with the General Manager to assess progress toward company targets and discuss opportunities for on-going improvements.
- Enter all customer information correctly, ensuring a smooth transition into Operations.
- Understand the impact of over-booking and poor qualification of calls to the overall company vision.
- Collect relevant marketing information during every call (e.g. Where did you hear about us?)
- Efficiently manage call list of potential customers to chase up following an enquiry.
- Develop an understanding of how the field operatives carry out their daily tasks.
- Support all Company values and working procedures and instil a positive working attitude to all True Move Group team members.

Training and Development

- Discuss with the General Manager any training or development requirements.
- Attend training seminars as provided for by True Move Group.
- Evaluate training provided and integrate professionally into the workplace.
