Experienced Bar And Kitchenhand

The Talbingo Lodge offers a beautiful restaurant, bar and lodge style accommodation. Talbingo is located in the snowy mountains 40 mins from Selwyn ski resort and 30 mins from Tumut, NSW. It is surrounded by 3 dams with watersports and great fishing.
Lots of farms and orchards around the area for farm work and fruit picking. Snow season is only 2 months away and its only a short drive to go see or for a ski

Meals and accommodation are provided. It's a hard job and a fast paced environment. We are seeking someone with a very strong work ethic and unique set of skills.

Great customer service. Punctual. Eager. Can use Kounta. Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality. Bar experience. People person. Bubbly. Plenty of motivation. Able to work hard, well under pressure and without supervision. Must have own car and drivers licence. Must Speak fluent English and have a current RSA. Must love children - very essential - we have 2 kids and may need some babysitting aswell. Minimum 38 hrs per week.

Duties include: housekeeping, bar work, cleaning, serving customers, wiping tables, vacuuming, mopping, taking bins out, waitressing, dish washing, kitchenhand, food preparation.
