Now, what do WE need from you? – Minimum 2 years previous hospitality experience in a similarly large scale, busy venue – MOST important trait – Positive Attitude is EVERYTHING! – A strong work ethic, customer service focus and ability to work exceptionally well under pressure – We get busy busy! – Valid Victorian RSA – Cocktail experience is a bonus but a passion to learn is just as important – Ability to work as part of a large team – Communication with all levels of staff and a willingness to help others where needed without compromising your role
