Aussitel Backpackers Coffs Harbour has an exciting job opportunity forone person to start in the next two weeks.This position is suitable for travellers.Aussitel Backpackers is the top rated hostel in Coffs Harbour, NSW, Australia. At the hostel we aim to create a fun atmosphere by arranging activities everyday and night. We provide guests with many facilities including surf kayaks,canoes, surf boards, snorkel gear, stand-up paddle boards, body boards and fishing gear - all for free.The ideal employee is someone who:-is outgoing and loves socialising with guests-is very social and loves the hostel scene-speaks fluent english-is enthusiastic, confident and able to lead/motivate new guests-is positive, friendly and smiley with good customer skills-doesn't mind hard work (including cleaning)-enjoys outdoor activities (especially water sports)-must have a driving license (this is a necessity)-is already in Australia Potential employees must be willing to travel to the hostel to meet us in person before we can offer you the job. We need to make sure that you are suitable for the position and you need to make sure that the hostel and the role is suitable for you.Duties include reception work, picking up and dropping off guests, entertaining guests, cleaning, answering the phone and all the craziness involved in running a hostel. Organising and running activities is an important part of the job. For this you need to be a very social person and be good at motivating and leading people.Personality (must be very social) and a good work ethic are more important than experience.This is a fun and rewarding job. Remuneration includes a wage, plus super, free accommodation (live in position) .
