About the role
This is a FIFO position. Most our rosters are 2&1 but we can also provide more flexible rosters. Chefs will be required to cook on-site from 50 people through to 2000. Alone or in teams of 10 Chefs. These are mixed positions and you will need to cook both day and night shift.

Skills and experiences
Certificate III Commercial Cookery or Similar
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Current Police Check – 6 months
Previous Experience in FIFO Chef or Bulk Cooking
Pastry experience highly desirable
Be able to pass a pre-employment medical
Be able to pass Drug Screens every 28 days
