Seeking Chef & All Rounder (Bar / Cleaning / Kitchen Hand Role)
The Gladstone Hotel, Newbridge is a historic pub located 3 hours West of Sydney in a small country town. A short drive from Bathurst and Orange.
Qualities:
- Speak FLUENT English
- Fun, friendly and outgoing
- Honest, reliable with a strong work ethic
- Be fit and able to operate in a fast paced environment
- Be willing to assist in the bar / kitchen and cleaning as the role requires
- Experience in a bar environment
Certification:
- Hold a Food safety cert
- Hold a RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) - required
The successful applicant will be available to work Wednesday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday

Please note that it is 3 month minimum employment.
