The Alexandra Hotel is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our fine-dining bistro in the heart of Leura, Blue Mountains NSW.
We have a small, friendly team looking for someone who is full of energy and is interested in both running and improving the venue. The Alexandra Hotel is a long-standing hotel/pub/bar and bistro with a fantastic reputation and loyal local following.
We serve a range of pub classics, high-end restaurant dishes and wood-fire pizzas.
