Job Description
Clearwater Hospitality manages two iconic pubs in Ballina, The Australian Hotel Ballina and The Shaws Bay Hotel. We are currently looking for an experienced LEVEL 5 CHEF. The successful candidate will work across both venues. Full time hours available, and position is ready to start as soon as possible.
We are also looking for experienced kitchen hands and bar staff.
