We are looking for an energetic, passionate and experienced Duty Manager who leads by example, is prepared to go the extra mile for our customers, and is looking to progress their hospitality career. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated, experienced operator who is keen to join a team of hospitality lovers and become an integral part of a progressive hotel group.



The successful candidate will become part of our management team, leading and mentoring front of house staff by providing guidance and supervision across the team in all departments, and working closely with the Operations Manager.



To be considered for this role you will need to have demonstrated experience as a Duty Manager who has led a medium to large team in a similar multi-faceted venue encompassing café, bar and restaurant outlets. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable across all aspects of Food, Beverage (including cocktails), TAB, Gaming, cash reconciliation, and delivering feedback and training to staff.



Given the hands-on nature of this role you will be to be required to work weekends, late nights and public holidays on a varied roster including both opening and closing shifts. Current NSW RSA/RCG competency card is essential.
