Job Description
We are looking for a team-orientated individual with excellent presentation, communication skills and attention to detail.
As we emerge from a difficult 2 year period, our focus is on quality over quantity more than ever; alongside optimism, high energy & a #goodnewsonly mindset. We seek a passionate and dedicated individual to help integrate and expand The Spa experience within the Hotel and Lodge at both Lake House and our new Dairy Flat Farm.
Previous experience in beauty, massage or wellness is strongly desirable. Experience in high-end customer service, communication, sales or reservations is essential.
We have a strong senior team at Lake House and we're looking for a passionate individual to join us in developing new ideas, new teams and navigating this exciting new period of business. The right candidate would report to the Brand Director.
Responsibilities would include team management, training, quality and standards, financial reporting and accountability, innovation and development.
Strong computer literacy is essential.
