Join us in Adelaide, Gawler or Mount Gambier on Sunday 8 May 2022 for the 25th anniversary of Mother's Day Classic!
As an event day volunteer, you’ll meet new people and become part of a community of committed volunteers. You'll help bring our events to life, and provide the vital support network that will enable us to roll events out smoothly, and with great expertise. Volunteering at events is a terrific way to join the 25th anniversary celebration, be part of a team and make your unique contribution.
There are many roles you can play from course set-up, getting walkers and runners underway from the start, greeting them at the finish line and cheering them on around the course.
And most importantly, you’ll play a vital role in supporting and honouring the 1 in 7 women diagnosed with breast cancer.
Note: all applications need to go through the Mother's Day Classic application form, which can be found on our website.
Not a backpacker? That's ok. We accept applications from Australian citizens, permanent residents, international students as well as working holiday visa holders. If you are qualified for this position, please register and apply via the form below.

MDC Foundation (MDCF) governs the Mother’s Day Classic, the nationwide walk/run event that raises funds for breast cancer research.
Our aim is to deliver a fun and inspirational community event that celebrates those touched by breast cancer and raises awareness of the disease and funds for breast cancer research.
All proceeds from the MDC are donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that supports research into breast cancer prevention and treatment.
