Food & Beverage Attendants

Position responsibilities include:

Taking orders and operation of the Clubs point of sale system
Providing customers will information in relation to the menu and the available specials
Serving food and beverage from the bar and bistro area
Clearing tables
Liaise with and support the bistro coordinator
Promote menu changes, options and upsell when taking patron orders
Ensure bookings are recorded accurately
Preparing drinks to order including cocktails
Providing service to the gaming floor

Applicants must be available to work days, night, weekends and public holidays.
